Yes, we’ll need to meet with you on site during the initial site survey and measure. It is only this way that we are able to ascertain exactly what you require, so we can provide you with a quote that is best suited for your needs. This is our custom service that we believe all new installations deserve.

Our standard installation lead time is approximately four weeks from the time we receive your acceptance and deposit, as per our “Payment Terms” on your quotation.

Most installations are completed in just a few hours, however it depends greatly on the size & complexity of the job – some may take up to 2 days.

Again, this is dependent on the size & nature of the installation. Replacing a faulty gate motor wouldn’t require you to be at home, however if we’re installing an access control system and need to run cabling to your property, we will need someone to be there.
